I opened a bottle of Macallan Fine Oak 15 tonight. How long is the remaining whiskey good for?

I still have 3/4 of the bottle left and plan entertain with it five weeks from now. How will opening the bottle affect the scotch 1 month form now? 3 months?

It can last indefinitely if corked and stored properly. If you're entertaining five weeks from now, it will probably be fine.

However, I suggest you get another bottle or two, and finish the one you have now.
