I orderd stuff through doxy lingerie store and never recieved my items and cant get my money back. what can do

I have tried to contact them and i recieve nothing from them. I would like to make others aware of this so they do not get ripped off and i would like to also get my money but who do i report it to

How did you pay?  If you used a credit card, you should be able to do a chargeback; call your credit card company as soon as possible.  File a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, too, and perhaps the Attorney General in Missouri, where Doxy Lingerie is located (according to their website).  Good luck.

I'm having the exact same problem..I ordered $200 worth of stuff from them last monday, they charged my card the next day but have yet to ship them out.  Emailed and no response.

I wish i'd seen all the complaints about them before i ordered...I'm going to wait a few more weeks and if it hasn't shipped out I'm going to have the credit card company reverse the charge.

DO not buy from doxy lingerie!!

call your credit card company asap and ask to get your money charged back. file a fraudlent (sp?) claims report. (don't know where though) you should be able to get your money back no matter what.

Go to ripoffreport.com, and report them. This Company already had 195 reports with them. Also has 275 reports with better business bruea. I was one of their many victims. The more people that report them the better chance on getting them off the web. So they can't rip anymore people.
