  1. Do you need help making a return?

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.co.uk within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Always use our Online Returns Centre if you want to return an item. We will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return label which you can print out.

Tell them they sent you the wrong one - the customer is always right !!!! lol

Visit the Returns Help page to contact Amazon.co.uk Customer Service about making a return.

  2. Go to the Amazon web site and hit the returns button at the bottom of the page and it will tell you what you need to do to exchange the item or double click the shortcut I provided below. Good luck.

  3. Talk to Amazon!

  4. don't hold your breath

  5. first off Amazon should take it back.. talk to them

you may have to pay transport costs to return it

the key thing here is the distance selling legislation, which gives the consumer a reansonable time to return goods for a full refund.

first and most important thing to do is to contact the suppleir, and back up with a letter sent recorded delivery rejecting the goods. that stops the clock so Amazon cannot play cute games.. you've rejected the goods its now up to the best way of Amazon regaining possesion of their goods.

Talk to them, Id guess they will probably exchange the item, I can't see why they wouldn't, they may demand a RMA, they may claim that they cannot accept return goods that don;t have a pre authorised RMA...... frankly it wouldn't hold water in a court.... but it pays to fit in with their processes.... but make it clear to them that you are returning the goods under the distance selling legislation which overrides their internal procedures. theoretically you could drop offt he bike at their head office and its legit.. the goods have been returned

  6. If you go to the help section there is an online returns support centre that will give you all the information you need! Your card will probably be refunded once they have received the returned bike - not really sure of the timescale on that though.

  7. if you go on the royal mail website it will tell you price's of weights and if you contact amazon their contact details will be on the website explain whats happened and they will sort it out i think you have so many days to exchange items anyway hop that's helps
