I ordered a guitar from 2kool4skool.com and it hasent come yet?

when will my package come in the mail.ups said ground mail yesterday what does this mean im new at the shipping part and i dont know when it will be here it said 3-5 business days and its the fifth day and its not here.what time do the start delivering the packages?

i ordered it on Wednesday the 13 and its Tuesday the 20th

Today would be the 5th day, so hopefully today.  Surely by tomorrow.

i ordered strings from them before and they came really fast. but i'm in Utah and i thin they are in California. I guess it depends on where you are. the UPS tracking number should tell you the estimated delivery date. they say they ship within 2 business days and shipping time is 3-5 business days, so if they shipped it the very next day,(the 14th) then 5 business days would be the 21st (because the weekends are not business days), so i would expect it on thursday the 21st or friday the 22nd. or better yet, just go to ups.com and enter your tracking number like i did. or you can call them.
