I ordered a package 17 days ago and its still not here?

Is there a reason for this? Its just a DVD from CA to Maryland and the shipper said it would ship within 24 hours usually. Are there any possible reasons it should take so long?

maybe a mix up in the mailing, or you can send an email to the seller and saying you never got it and you could get your money back or he/she may send you another
