I ordered a watch on ebay from Jun 26 and the seller shipped it by EMS , on tracking status it shows " Handed

Customs on July 06, don't know when can I receve it?

Customs in to you or out from them??  Customs can take a long time clearing packages, given the current world situations.  Might try calling EMS to see if they can expidite or give you more information.

If all else fails, if you paid with paypal, you can file a claim stating that "Items Not Received"  in which - after the process & investigation you will probably get your money back.
