I ordered an item on Ebay but it's a week late, what should i do?

I ordered this item on the 30th October and delivery time was 7-10 days, my friend ordered the same item from the same seller on the 31st October and received it on the 13th November. What should I do as I payed with PayPal and can't register a dispute yet...

Email the seller and ask them where the item is.

If you are not happy with their response, start an Item not received dispute with ebay and they ill then try and resolve the issue.

first ask the seller if its been sent. there is a backlog of parcels from the recent strikes so it might be in limbo somewhere. dont panic yet. i bought an item from an ebay seller who was away on holiday. so it took a few weeks to arrive.

Yes, just contact the seller. Click on 'items won' and this will give you the option to contact the seller and find out why ther is a delay. Good luck!

dont start a paypal dispute until you've contacted the seller.  if you get no response from them within a reasonable time then go down that route.  i've had a few items from ebay not arrive but ive mostly found the problem to be with royal mail and the sellers have been able to give me postage information and receipt numbers to track the package or claim a refund from royal mail.  9 times out of 10 the seller will be very helpful.  good luck
