I ordered dry loop service from at&t last wednesday they said someone would come and do it today?

from the outside of my house. its already 630 and i called my house phone its still not working.....help pleaseeeee

Usually some one has to be home for them to install the service because they have to install a wall-jack on the inside of the house or if u already have one they have to make sure that its working.

If its already 6:30 and u still don't have your service installed I'm sorry to say that it wont be activated today, the technicians usually work from 8am to7pm so al 7 they have to be back at the station.

I would suggest to call at&t and ask them whats up?
