  1. Your credit card company....hopefully that is how you paid.  If not you can try the BBB in their area, or the Attorney General for a possible fraud.

    Have you emailed them?  Was the website part of a protection program like Yahoo, (I use them as an example only since I am on their site).  

    Always order with a credit card.  Then if they do not send you the product, you can dispute it with the CC company.  Good luck.


  2. i am having the same trouble with a company - tried emailing them loads as well as ringing but no luck i have placed a question on Yahoo Answers but no answers as yet hope you get somewhere i will keep checking your answers - it may help me.  Sorry for not being able to help

  3. go to their website find their phone number and call them, if they didn't reply sue them according by their phone number and company name, if the product is very expensive
