I ordered from a yahoo store cheaperlotions.com; the phone number is disconnected and autoemail resp;any help

I ordered from a yahoo store cheaperlotions.com, a tanning lotion distrubutor, over a month ago, and have not recieved the products yet, or even any status or tracking information, i have tried to contact with the phone number they provided and it is no longer in service, and I have tried to contact them through their web page ( which is email) and have gotten only Yahoo auto responses.....they took payment the day I placed the order. Has anyone else had any experience with them or any advice in general? please help this is so frustrating...

I had the same experience... I ordered 2 products.  They took payment right away, and it was 4 weeks before I received my order even though I had paid extra for express handling and delivery.  When I finally got my order, it was incomplete.  I am VERY unhappy with my experience with them and sent numerous emails expressing my concerns.  Like you, I only received an auto response concerning a family emergency.  I tried to contact Yahoo! about the problem and received no response.  Good luck with trying to get your products!  I finally stopped payment on my credit card... I would advise you to do the same.
