I understand your dilemma.  I have recently had a similar problem.  I was lucky enough to have them answer my email.  I ordered from them on February 4th and I just received the DVDs about 4 days ago.  I can't vouch for the quality because I am not home to check them, but I did receive notification from a family member that the DVDs finally arrived.  So don't give up hope just yet.  If they have already taken your payment you might still get the product.  Unfortunately, they do not live up to, or even close to their 7- 10 day shipping promise.  I was told it was held up in customs, but who knows.  I have another order from them I am waiting for as well, but I order that around the 25th of February so it may be a couple weeks yet before I get that one.  Good luck.

Same thing happened to me, I think the company has gone defunct. I opened a dispute in paypal. Took a couple of weeks but I got my money back. Hurry though while their bank account is still linked to paypal.
