I ordered my boxed set on july 16th...help!

I looked at thier shipping policy and was not impressed. You may have a bit longer to wait.

If it doesn't arrive by Friday you need to contact them and get a tracking# then you can track your package online.

Their shipping disclaimer:

At this time we are offering an excellent promotion, there will be no extra charge for shipping anywhere in the world! So just go ahead and order. If we do not have your product on the website please let us know so that we can order it for you. It will take 7-14 business days for you item to arrive however, during the holiday season it may take up to 20 BUSINESS DAYS.

Our shipping process is through EMS then USPS. Sometimes when your package comes through customs it could get stopped for a routine check. If this happens (which it rarely does), it could take longer. This is out of our control so please just be patient it will be there as soon as possible. If you have any questions you can email us.
