I ordered online at promgirl.com and its been a month but i still didnt get my dress! same problem neone?

P.S. they don't really reply to emails and their service rep (on phone) aren't that helpful

 Their return policy is to deduct shipping and a 10% restocking fee and only give you store credit, EVEN FOR AN EXCHANGE!  I ordered a dress according to their size chart and it was too small.  Then they gave me store credit for $50.00 less than what I paid for the dress and had to reorder it, pay full price again plus shipping.  I would NOT recommend ordering from PromGirl.com!
