I ordered shoes from bestkickshoes.com . ive been robbed, no shoes no response ,what can i do ?

they charged my card, sent a verification email and a month later ive been unable to reach them by phone or email

  1. Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. That way you won't have to pay for the item.


  2. umm.....yikes, idk dude!  thats a toughie!! keep trying and then try to research them a little bit

  3. Call their customer service and tell them about your problem. If that doesn't work then get in touch with your credit card company and tell them.

    I'm sure there's some way you can get help, though.

    they picked up once!! and said "oh, we'll send another one free, since the first may have gotten lost on the way"

    they never picked up or refunded after that >.<

    just never order from them again...
