I ordered something and i never received it.?

i ordered a movie off www.kungfumadness.com that sells there product thru yahoo and i havent received it. I ordered it September 7, 2007. I ordered it first class mail also. I tried to contact them and their phone is disconnected. I also tried to email them but they never emailed me back.

Did you pay with a Credit Card?  If so, no problem!  Just call your credit card company and explain to the Rep that you would like to file a chargeback for an item that you ordered and paid for, but never received.  They will send you out a form which you will immediately need to fill out and mail back.  Then they give you a credit, and give the Merchant time to respond.  Assuming they dont respond, you get all your money back.  If they do respond and send your item, then they'll just add the amount back on.  Good luck!

Holy Cow!  You just ordered it on September 7th!!  It hasn't even been 2 weeks and weekend days don't even count!  Check your confirmation that you had to have gotten in your email.  It would tell you how to check on you order (and maybe even how long it might take.  NO ONE would be be dumb enough to delete or throw out something as important as an email confirmation for something ordered and paid for before the item was received, so I'm sure you have it.  One thing though, you give some information, but you didn't actually ask a question.  So what are you asking and who are you asking?  If asking Yahoo, you don't do that at Yahoo! Answers.  With any luck I answered the question you were thinking about asking.

  5. It may still be in the mail. If you don't get it call your bank or credit card company they will help you (get your money back).

  6. I placed with Hike Pro.com on June1,2007.I had not received the order by the end of June,2007. I emailed and canceled the order and confirmed cancellation by phone with hike pro. I have not received a refund  and have tried emails and phone calls. the result is the same as the other complaints .the answer machine is full or no respond to emails. Today I was able to leave a message, I called back because I didn't believe what I heard " I could actually leave a message" so I called back and left a page with my phone number.Sept. 17,2007
