  1. Your credit card company or bank should be able to handle the situation for you.  They should reverse the charge and handle the dispute with the company on your behalf...

  2. This is probably because you clicked the order or somethink twice. check your order history. when you email them make sure that you include the order number and all relevent information, they will be able to find the problem and it usually takes a day for them to reply, (but will be on monday now for you.

you should phone them and have the order number and your customer number if you have one ready. they should have a address on there contact us section. if you cant drive there and give them a da dam good thrashing, just phone. lol

dont worry, if your not overdraft then i wouldnt worry too much about it at this stage, just take it easy they will sort it out. if not you could write to watchdog or trading standards. and if that fails go to the bank and they will investigate and no doubt get your money back.

  3. contact your bank, they may be able to reverse the charge and speak tp the company direct

  4. it's easter weekend, no one will be in the office till tuesday probably

i've been over charged before, the company just refund it.

if not ya just speak to ya bank..

    so relax =)

i ordered something from the states last week, and it showed as £98.. but it was £49.. I was :|

but the thing is the £98 was ACTUALLY $98 (us)

it did frighten me at first, and phoning Boston wasn't cheap :|
