I have send this company meny e-mails, but thei dont answer, i have tried to ring, but no answer. My friend ordered from the same address and did recive her items. please, let me know ,what can i do? The address where i bought the items is www.bestindoortanninglotion.com thank you.

Have you paid for the goods?

If you have - and I assume you would have used a credit card - contact your credit card people and get them on the case. You should either receive your goods or get your money back this way.

If you haven&#039;t, then the only thing you can only continue to do what you have already been doing. If you haven&#039;t paid, then there is no contract between you and the supplier and you have no legal action you can take.

I would try sending them an email stating you are going to go to the better business bureau if they don&#039;t send your products or return your money. If that doesn&#039;t work find out what state they are in then go to that states better business bureau web site (most of them have one just do a google search for it). If that doesn&#039;t work I would contact that states District Attorney.

File a chargeback with your credit card company.  It&#039;s been over 2 months.  You only have a certain amount of time to file a chargeback and they obviously are not going to mail your order.
