I ordered the auger for $19.99 plus s/h and add'l. s/h for 2 attachments. Why was I charged over $75.00?

Please inform me again of the cost for the s/h on the two (2) attachments I ordered. I will gladly return the complete order and have my money returned if the s/h is that costly. I, too, have a very hard time trying to connect with someone on the telephone.
