  1. Smoke pot.  No I'm TOTALLY kidding.  Just breathe!!  Realize it's all OK.  Maybe try making 'to do' lists, get an organizer, etc. so you don't feel all chaotic?

  2. Once you decide a course of action, sing or read whenever you're alone or likely to second guess yourself.

  3. Sit down and think y am I so worried. And then say Nothing will go wrong. And believe that god can tack care of it.Do Not Do Drugs!

  4. take some time off, do something you really enjoy (go shopping, meet up with friends, listen to your favourite music etc., just have some me-time) and don't worry about what everyone else might think about it cos really - they don't care and won't kill you for your choices! i'm just like you sometimes, it's not easy to switch your mind off like that and stop worrying, cos it's usually something painful happening to you in the past that makes you that way, paranoid and always trying to find a problem in a situation that is completely problem free. writing a diary or a blog might help you if there are things you keep inside yourself, but feel too ashamed or feel like it's too much trouble to ask for someone's help or just to get them to hear you out. good luck and take care now x

  5. With little information to go on here, I would suggest your learn some behavioral techniques to stop.  However, if these things are interfering significantly with your life, work and relationships then you should seek professional help.

  6. without any question get some CBT cognitive behavioural therapy.  it is really great Of help with these sorts of problems.  speak to your GP about doing one of the online courses. in the meantime think to yourself - am i really so important to other people?  does what i say or do really impact on them?  the answer is probably not.  try to distract your brain with other things - useful things.  like doing some exercise, visiting friends and relatives and try to be less self-absorbed by really listening to other people when they speak to you.  all the best
