  1. upps!! one is not supposed to do that! didn't you know that? well, you can always try to apply for one, but if your case has not been cleared up yet, I would wait a bit. The problem is that if your application for a visa will be rejected and you become a special stamp with this "rejection" into your passport, it would be almost impossible for you to get one EVER! if you really have to apply for a visa, try it in another country's embassy.

hope you ll solve your problem

  2. a visa has specific dates on your passport , and must never  overstay ; a visa is a permission and invitation to go to a country , if you overstayed , you will not get another visa for a certain length of time .

most countries in the schengen zone , work together .

an attorney ? will not be able to get you another visa . it will cost you for no results . ,Europe does have computers listings and unfortunately , even with a new passport , you will not get another visa with a schengen country .

or for that matter with most country , records of travel .
