  1. This will not cause skin issues.  Fortunately, it looks like the main vitamins you went overboard on were the B's, which are water soluable and generally speaking nontoxic.  However, B's work together in a very delicate balance, and an excess of one can lead to a deficiency in another (B12 and B6 particularly).  If you are supplementing, always take your B's in a complex form, between 50-100 mg capsule is plenty.  Zinc causes vomiting at very high levels, so please supplement with 10mg or less per day, if there is a diagnosed deficeincy.  This really won't do a "blood detox".  Eat a healthy balanced diet and "cleansing" happens naturally.

  2. How much did you overdose to need a detox ??

First, change in complexion is mostly not related to the overdose (theoretically possible see below).

Most of those contents are members of vitamin-B complex.

Vitamin-B complex & vitamin C are water soluble vitamins & not stored in the body. Thus, they have no side-effect due to their overdose (simply excreted by kidneys).

Vitamin- A (carotene),D, E,K are fat-soluble types. They are stored in the body. But for their overdose effect to be visible, you have to saturate (completely overflow) their storing capcity in the liver. Other micro-elements (copper, zinc) you mentioned are also stored in liver. But their overdose could be more harmeful than vitamin overdose.

So, my advice is consult a dermatologist (skin doctor) to find out cause of change of compelxion (if it bothers you a lot).

And, be more careful with doses of all drugs in the future.
