I overeat on Shabbat, what to do? ?

On motsey Shabbat i feel like ive gained 5 kilos.

  1. Make up for it by taking a stroll around the block.

    Or eat in small proportions/less carbo as it turns to fat if not burned.

  4. you know what sweetie i think you right, and you not the only one if it's comfort you, because we not doing much on shabbat and we resting so we found our self eating all day.... and don't forget that in yom shishi we cook so so so much special things.......

  5. Enjoy the moment. That is what a celebration is for, to enjoy.

  6. its all in your head, just eat smaller portions, go for walks (if you can )

    and cut out on the carbs and desserts.


  7. If you know you're going to be exposed to lots of good food on a certain day, do a long workout before that. It should curb your appetite. Also, take a small portion of each thing that you want to eat. No seconds, and one plate only! Don't have a big dessert unless you promise to take a walk after--- to visit a friend, of course! No exercising on Shabbos!  

  8. Go on a low fat diet for the next 1 week, that should work. Also drinking tea will help to breakdown some fat in your meal. Just go to the gym!
