I overlook shaft area ,pipes and bathroom window from my kitchen window. want to make it more pleasant?

You can always get that 'frosted' clear contact paper and put over your window. Some of them have some sort of design on it, so it's not just plain. You still get all the  light from the sun thru it, but can't see whatever is outside your window. Hang a couple of  hanging plants on either side of your window at different levels ( just for visual interest) and maybe hand a nice valance across the top of your window.

The only drawback is if you take this contact paper off your window? It can sometimes leave the glass on your window really sticky and it's kind of a pain to remove. If you're not planning on taking it off, no problem!
