I overstayed my Australian tourist visa by a little more than 28 days. How can I appeal the 3 yr exclusion so that I can re-enter Australia?

An application needs to be made to the Australian Supreme Court, this requires a solicitor registered to practice in this country and will be very costly considering the chances of success is VERY slim as i cant think of a valid reason as to why you overstayed your visa.
