I am ttc and last week i had ovulation pains on my left side, me and my husband had s*x that night and nearly a week on i got some cramping but only on my right side which felt like uterine cramps, surely if i got pregnant would'nt the egg implant itself on the same side that the egg was released, i cant do a test as its to early but would like to hear from anyone elses experience.

  1. That happened to me and I was pregnant. So Good Luck!

  2. You are reading into this way too much.....ovulation pains on one side and cramping on the other etc....my goodness, let your body do what its designed to do and stop getting all scientific about it.  The egg will implant wherever it feels is the best place to do so so whether that be the left or right side wait and see what happens!!!

  3. No, the egg will go down the tubes into the uterus and implant exactly where it wants to, which could certainly be on the other side! I would do a test in a few days if you start feeling other symptoms. Good luck!!!
