IFIRS offsetted your Federal Tax REFUND (Tax RETURN is what you filed) then your stimulus rebate will also be offset and well as any future refunds in years to come.

If they took your income tax return, then they most likely will take your stimilus check as well; depending on how much you still owe.  Have you looked into getting a forbearance or a deferment?
