I owe money for small claims, whats the time limit on it?

I owe 4500 to small claims to my ex husband, the judgment was 1-29-06, is there a two year limit if I don't pay it he cant get it from me?

If it is court ordered, no. In fact as long as it has been, he can hire an attorney and garnish wages, tax returns, and bank accounts. Then he can actually take even more than the original amount for all his extra costs having to go after the money.
