Once all the pieces fall into place, you will end up with a credit on your account and the IRS will either send you a check, or send you a notice asking you what you want to do with the $200 credit.

If you only owed $200, that's all they'd take out, and you'll get the rest eventually but it will be delayed while they do the offset.

Contact IRS and notified them that you had already paid, be prepared to send proof, have a copy of you cancelled check or money order.
