I own Gallop Racer 2006 but I can't seem to find a way to train my horses. Can I train them?

It says on the back cover that you can breed, TRAIN, and race my horses but i can't find anywhere in the game where i can train them. I have played Gallop Racer 2003 before as well. Thank you for your answers!

Nope, no training. Have you unlocked the Field of Champions or Legend? (Whatever its called)
