and im trying to download music to it? I lost the cd that came with the phone. Please Help.

  1. You can download the BlackBerry Desktop Manager from the following site:

    http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/de...

    You can choose the 4.3 version. Make sure that you choose the download option WITH the Media Manager.
