I own a Blackjack 2 and I have a problem with it does anyone else have this problem?

The morning alarm doesn't work on a regular basis, and the only time the darn thing works is when I restart my blackjack 2. For example, I turn it off and back on and right away the morning alarm goes on.

i have the same problem... but mine sometimes goes off and its like it didnt realize it went off and goes off over and over... it keeps playing the alarm over and over on top of its self. its the most annoying (albeit effective) way to wake up. i got a replacement but it does the same thing... i dont know what to do about it except somebody once told me to turn the snooze off... that worked for about 3 days
