I own a CECT 599 fone....help?

Question

When i recieve an sms the sender comes up...but if they call me the name doesnt come up just the number even if there in my phone book...and ideas how to fix this??

go to your call settings,then select network id or and enable it as show network id or u can also set it automatic...show my caller id,

if this dont work try changing yr sim to another phone or contact to operator,,,
