Question:

I own a Samsung SC-D6040 and I need help...?

-I bought this camera in 2005 and it was factory refurbished.

-It worked fine for a while, but then the charger stopped charging the camera.

-The camera lens is still sticking out even though the camera is off and will not turn on.

What I want to know is if the problem is the camera or simply the charger.
