I own a canon ip4300

I own a canon ip4300 printer and want to print onto a full DVD disc, the problem is it will not cover more of the inner circle of the disc it leaves the initial value of 33.0mmI want the inner circle left to be 23.0mm, it appears to be a problem with the software
