I own a finca in Bocas Del Toro Panama. I know my new finca no. How do I find out the mother finca no.?

I know my new finca # Where do I look for the madre finca ?

You can go to: https://www.registro-publico.gob.pa/scri...

that is the Registro Publico's webpage.                            

then on your left side you'll see a "propiedad" button, click there and then click on "Por No. Finca" after that write your Finca number and click. It will show you the list of Fincas and the location of them. You have to search for yours (it'll start with 1 because is in Bocas del Toro)

Now on the screen you'll have all the information you need about your Finca and the Finca madre also (including the number).

you have to go with a department from the goverment called Catastro or reforma Agraria..they will help you

You need to hire somebody to do that investigation, either in the Registro Publico (if it has titulo) or in Reforma Agraria or in Catastro.
