Both are stamped "Made in the 200th year of American Liberty" on the barrel. They are used, and I love them both very much. I would like to know if anyone out there could place a value on them. I have a Bianchi quick draw holster for the single action six shooter. At the time I paid more for the holster and belt $145, than I did for the pistol that was special ordered from the Ruger factory in 1975 for I still have the original reciept, but can't remember the price, just now. Thank you for any assistance you may be able to provide. Mwillie55@gmail.com

  1. only if they are "in the box" -unfired- is  there an extra value ,other than the value of some quality pieces

  2. Every Ruger produced in 1976 was marked as such.  Unless they are new in the box, you can not expect a significant premium for them.   They are not considered a true limited edition (1 of x type).

The condition of the finish and stock/grips are going to set the value more than the stamp on the barrels.  Without knowing condition, there is no way to estimate value.

Nice condition 10/22s are going for between $120 and $140 and Single Six Convertibles are going for between $250 and $300 around here.

  3. For such a specialty item, it may be hard to find an exact price, unless you actually auction them off.

You mention the guns are "used".  Their value will be affected greatly by how "used" they look.
