I own a small property portfolio its not worth what i owe any more can i get out without paying the difference

The only way I know to get out without owing the difference is to sell it for what you owe, sorry. Even then, many times there are additional fees associated with the sale...Even if the bank were to accept a short sale, which is when they agree that you can sell for less than what you owe, you are still responsible for the difference.   Good Luck!
