I have a Nintendo DS Lite. It is an English version. But I've also got an R4, but the driver program inside the R4 is in a different language. So it wouldn't work inside my DS. How and where can I install an English driver program for my R4?

  1. Ring EB games or a game shop and ask

  2. You should have purchased an R4DS that was in English. If you got it from your local store like EB Games or Gamestop, then take it back and get a refund because they are only suppose to sell products in the same language that everyone in the area speaks.

The Nintendo DS isn't region locked so no matter what language the R4DS is in it should still be able to work on your DS Lite. If it doesn't, you into the game options and change the main language to English.

  3. I think it should be compatable with a DS no matter what language it is. Nintendo was smart about no Language barriers. For example, my DS is from Japan and I play games that are English

    [I hope that helps a little] =)

  4. Go to the main site of the r4ds and download the english firmware
