I paid 10$ to have your service to place calls from PC to phone . The service doesn't work.Why?

I registerd for receiving your servise that is calls from pc-phone.I downloded the required program and then I placed a call to Syria but I failled, so I thought that your service is blocked by the Syrian athourity therefore I tried to place a call to London United Kigdom and I failled too plus 30 cents are taken from my account. Why I am not receiving the service I am promised to have ?

it's a scam.buy a calling card and place your calls on the telephone instead of computer.
