I paid off my Bank of America cc in full before due date. I still received a finance charge. What can I do?

Were you carrying a balance at your last statement date?  If so, then the interest charges are valid and will need to be paid.  The finance charges accrued from the last statement date til the date you paid the card.

Did you have a balance from the month before?  If so, that is why you have a finance charge.  If you did not, call them and ask.  It may be an error or something they will remove upon request.  You didn't get a cash advance, did you?  That would also drive up the fees.
