I paid the download manual for a Northstar 958 manual but I can't download it. Is this site a scam?

I need the Northstar 958 manual. I really need to know how to turn the brightness up on the display and we can not read it. Does anybody know?

the number for northstar tech support is 1-800-628-4487. they will be able to answer any questions you have about your model

Some pages or sites are no longer supported and you will get nowhere with trying to download. Other times it could be the downloads are to big for your type of down loader to handle. There are times too, when your browser recognizes it as a security threat and will block the download to that said item..
