I pass by tim hortons and starbucks every day, but i want to quit eating all that stuff .. any suggestions on how to not buy any of those things?

  1. Keep a jar at home and put the money that you would spend in it .Treat yourself once a week with the money and save the rest for something special .Set a goal with something you really want and use the money for it.


  2. my method has been to eat certs or some kind of small candy when i am in the car. the urge for sweets and that kind of thing is virtually nil when i already have something in my mouth.

  3. Think about other things you could buy with the money that you'd be spending there.  $3-5 a day may not seem like much at the time, but that could add up to $35 a week, over $100 a month, etc.  So think about something you'd rather spend that $100-something bucks on. :-)
