  1. 6th form as in ur 16?

if so then no...education in the usa is compleatly different.

U couldnt go to a college in the usa till ur 18 unless u get a highschool diploma...so dont do it stay where you are. Im serious it will s***w with ur mind. I came from america about 3 months ago and i was supposed to be in 10thgrade which is highschool....and i came here and all the sudden im in college!?!?!? Seriously stay where u are!

  2. you'd just do the junior and senior years of high school. (thats there 6th form)

  3. check at the british council, http://www.britishcouncil.org/, i think u can also study on ur own and take the exam there

  4. Not sure about 6th form, but my son is currently applying for university in America.  If you are good at a certain sport, it is possible to get a scholarship as you would be able to represent the university at that sport whilst studying for your degree.  Might be worth thinking about.
