  1. Yeah, you don't have your mica, you have to stay here until you swear in and then they will give you a paper certifying your citizenship.  If you plan to fly out you have to have a passport- and you have to send the certificate to get it.  Going overland you can take your driver's license and your certificate to get back.  I just came through at TJ today, and the rules are posted on the rolling signboard.


  2. You need to carry your green card if you do not have your citizenship papers yet.  If you are flying, you need to use your passport from your home country.  If you are going by land you just need your green card and a photo I.D.  If you do not currently have your green card in your possession...do not leave the U.S.

  3. I don't think so unless if you don't have a passport and a green card.  I suggest you call the airport officials and ask what you need to go to Mexico.
