i pay for child support agency 30 pound every week?and i start new living with new family.and i have new child .still i have to pay 30 pound weekly.what should i do pls help thank you

Its your child, your responsibility. Its irrelevant whether you have a new family or not.

I think you are getting off lightly only paying £30 a week, I know men (and a woman) who pay much more.

id love to know what these lot think they need £30 a week for a child? i can feed my two on £30 and they eat tidy food,nothing processed either.£30 is ample.

If your circumstances have changed then they need to reassess you - a new child in the household should reduce your payments by 10 percent. and 15 for the second - this is children in your household ( ie if your partner has a child) as well as your own

You need to case them as they are always on the side of the claiming party.

If they say you have to pay then you have the right to appeal this decision.

Does this amount come out of your benefits/wages direct ?

The agency will have worked out for you how much to pay, even though you have added responsibilities towards your new family, you are still liable for the support of your children.

You could appeal, but you may find that they might increase this payment in favour of your last partner.

Child support is there for a reason - to support YOUR child, whether you're still in that relationship or not. !!

You could contact them to reassess your case, but then there is the chance as well that they will increase your payments.

£30-00 is nothing, at the end of the day its your child and you should pay for them.

I wish it only cost me 30-00 to feed my kids.

You are lucky. My husband had to pay £70 a week. Having a child in a new relationship makes no difference. Believe me cos I have been there.

The system is a bloody joke.
