  1. They can start the eviction.  As soon as you pay the late fee, the eviction is ended.  Make sure you pay by check. /

  3. Unless you have given the landlord other reasons to evict that you haven't mentioned I don't think they would try to evict you. It is expensive for the landlord. They need the revenue, not the expense.

  4. Pay the late fee.  If check is cashed, then they can not evict.  

  5. Acermill is correct...however, remember that for each month you are late they can charge you the late fee, as long as you have a balance.

    Find a way to pay it before you get too far behind.

  7. Technically they can, but probably won't, if you immediately call, apologize for your error, and then send a check.

  8. They can evict for any or no reason, but I wouldn't think they would just because you forgot the late fee this time. I would call them and tell them that you are putting the check in the mail and apologize for your oversight.
