I phone installing an app frm itunes help!

I have the Iphone, and I need to know what to do after i download the apps on itunes..how do i install it from itunes onto my iphone

Two ways.

1) On iTunes just set your apps to automatically sync to your iPhone and then everytime you plug your phone in and access iTunes the two will sync.

2)Manually accomplish it in basically the same way except when iTunes is on and your iPhone is plugged in you will simply drag and drop the apps from itunes to your phone.
