I picked up 8 wands, Queen of Wands and Moon reversed - anyone can interpret what they mean together?

I asked regarding the assignment I just handed up. I had to keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best (or worst), but then I decided to ask tarot. I interpret that 8 of wands refers to activity, queen of wands something good (I hope!) and moon reversed means unfounded fears.

Anyone with alternative explanations? I would like to hear your thoughts

The 8 & the Q are energy packed cards, the 8 could be the handing in of the work, did you rush it?

The Q is confident, proud of what she has done, but also social - so during the work was you fully focused?

The Moon Rev is a horrid card of insecurity, bad dreams & being unrealistic.

So either you will fail or you doubt your abilities.
