I pierced my own belly button yesterday.?

Question

with a dart after my friend did hers. it didnt hurt at all; we iced it first, but mine wouldnt go in. then when i was trying to push the ring through, i accidentally took the dart out completely. i didnt feel like putting it in again, so after i tried to just push the ring through but it wouldnt go, i just gave up and covered it with a band aid. i kinda want to try again. should i? otherwise, how should i take care of it so i have as little a scar as possible and no infection?

you don't try again! A DART??? thats an infection waiting to happen. put alcohol on it everyday until it is healed, then WITH PARENTS ok get it done the right way.

If i were you...i'd just wait until its not sore cuz it will really hurt if you try it now...but good luck with that!

I really don't reccomend you trying that again.  Put alcohol on it or whatever cleaning/disinfecting wash you have lying around your house,a nd after that put Neosporin and a bandaid.  If you want to get your belly button pierced, go to a professional, preferably a doctor's office (though I'm not sure if they do belly button piercings)

okay. so you definitely shouldn't try again. just wait until it heals at least and get someone who is experienced. but definitely don't do it with a dart. oh and tell your friend that her belly button is probably going to get infected and it will probably hurt and look disgusting. trust me i tried exactly what you did and it went through but then like a week later it got really infected and hurt and look really bad. it took a long time to heal so don't do it. get a professional!!!! and DO NT USE A DART!!!!. i used a dart too. ha ha. i was stupid and it sucked.

its better for you to go get it at a place..

how u can take care of it firts u wash ur hands then eather buy h2o on line and spray on ur belly 2 tames aday move it take out the dirt...or use salt water with a cotton swab and take out the dirt and stuff and move ur belly ring.. or put the salt water in a cup and pit it up ut belly and hold it for bout 10 min..hope it helps:)

IT ALWAYS JUST ENDS UP GETTING INFECTED.

IF UR THIS DESPERATE TELL UR PARENTS U WANT ONE OR SAVE UR d**n MONEY TO GET IT DONE.
