I pierced my own ears and...

Question

the first ear was great i numbed it with ice and everythng and put the needle through with no problems but on my other ear i did it and it hurt SOOOO bad and this is my 5th hole on my earlobes and is it possible i could have like rubbed against cartilage or something? cuz the pain is really bad and i can feel it like in my throat or something idk but it really hurts...but the pain is starting to go down so i dont know...help?

Well you could have hit a nerve ending or you could have an infection that is causing an abcess ... either way you need a dr.
